The person who will join the project and will make a contribution is an investor. He is the user who bought a share ticket on the platform and becomes a shareholder-distributor.

An investor can:

• Sell the share of share-ticket
• Sell rights only for film-watching of share-ticket
• Sell the share of share-ticket and the right to watch the film on share-ticket
• Resell (with the same or different cost) the ticket to another person who is also registered on the platform (after the release of the film).
• Have a share of the film’s budget (according to the percentage)
• Have the right to watch the film.

Let’s assume that the total budget of the film is, for example, $1,000,000, which can be sold and turned into shares. In this case, a shareholder with $100 will have a 0.01% share of the film’s profits and the opportunity to make 10 sales (as one ticket costs $10). As many shares-tickets as the investor has, he/she can also sell them.

An agreement is signed between the platform and the investor to carry out relevant activities

Only the one who buys a stock also gets the right to a viewing ticket.
